All Membership Access Notice

All content contained within the Texas Security Journal, including articles, publications, graphics, photographs, digital media, commentary, training-related materials, downloadable content, and other proprietary information, is protected intellectual property and is intended solely for the individual use of the authorized subscriber or member account holder. The Texas Security Journal operates as a controlled-access, subscription-based publication. Membership access is granted exclusively for private individual viewing purposes and does not transfer ownership rights or authorize broader reproduction, redistribution, republication, or public use of any content contained within the publication. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, screenshotting, recording, reposting, republication, public display, transmission, redistribution, file sharing, streaming, or reproduction of publication content in any form is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Texas Security Journal. This prohibition specifically includes, but is not limited to:
• Social media reposting
• YouTube or reactionary video content
• Podcasts or livestream discussions displaying publication materials
• Classroom presentations or instructional use
• PowerPoint presentations or training packets
• Third-party websites, blogs, forums, or publications
• Commercial, promotional, or educational redistribution

Membership access does not authorize the use of publication materials outside the secured membership environment under generalized claims of “fair use,” educational sharing, commentary use, training reuse, or public-interest redistribution. Because the Texas Security Journal operates as a restricted-access commercial publication, unauthorized redistribution or reproduction of subscription content may constitute copyright infringement, breach of membership terms, unauthorized commercial use, and interference with the publication’s protected subscription-based business model. The Texas Security Journal reserves all rights relating to its intellectual property, proprietary publications, branding, printed materials, digital editions, member content, and protected media assets. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of membership access, removal of content, legal demands, and other remedies available under applicable law.
